Recently, Mercedes-Benz partnered with Binghatti to launch its world’s first Mercedes-Benz residential tower in Dubai.
It’s called Mercedes-Benz Places, and the location where it was built is near the Burj Khalifa.
The total height is 341 meters and there are 65 floors.
The unique oval facade looks like a spaceship, and the design is inspired by some classic models produced by Mercedes-Benz. At the same time, Mercedes-Benz’s Trident LOGO is all over the facade, making it particularly eye-catching.
In addition, one of its biggest highlights is the integration of photovoltaic technology into the building’s exterior walls, covering a total area of approximately 7,000 square meters. The electricity generated can be used by electric vehicle charging piles in the building. It is said that 40 electric vehicles can be charged every day.
An infinity swimming pool is designed at the highest point of the building, offering unobstructed views of the world’s tallest building.
The interior of the building contains 150 ultra-luxury apartments, with two-bedroom, three-bedroom and four-bedroom apartments, as well as ultra-luxury five-bedroom apartments on the top floor. Interestingly, different residential units are named after famous Mercedes-Benz cars, including production cars and concept cars.
It is expected to cost $1 billion and be completed in 2026.
